Internships

All Film, Theatre and Video students are required to complete an internship in their chosen field.  The internship gives the student an opportunity to work with professionals and seriously begin to build their portfolio.  Students work for one semester with the internship advisor where they learn to write a good resume, have a mock interview and write a clear statement of goals.  With the help of the advisor, students work individually to find the internship they feel is best for their growth.  The students may do the internship during the following semesters or in the summer.  Three credits are earned after completing the required 120 hours.

Current Internship Opportunities

Looking for an unpaid intern who can create a 3-minute animation to serve as the opening credit sequence for an irreverent musical comedy (now in post-production) bound for the '07 festival circuit. The ideal sequence would be something of a cross between Terry Gilliam's work and the credits for the original Pink Panther movies.
