Cabaret

Stevenson's production of Cabaret directed by faculty member Chris Roberts, will open on April 17, 2008 in Stevenson's Inscape Theatre, located at the Stevenson, MD Campus. "There was a city called Berlin, in a country called Germany. There was a cabaret, and there was a master of ceremonies. It was the end of the world, and I was dancing with Sally Bowles--and we were both sound asleep." Set in Berlin on the eve of the Nazis' rise to power, this award winning musical focuses on the seedy and seductive Kit Kat Klub. Music and lyrics by Kander and Ebb. Book by Joe Masteroff.

Performance Dates: April 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, and 26 at 8 p.m. April 20, 2 p.m. only
Tickets: Tickets are $5 for students with a college ID, $6 for seniors and $7 for general admission.
