Application to Study Abroad at SU- You must fill out this application to receive SU's permission to study abroad. This is your official declaration of intent to study abroad. By the time you reach this step, you should already be in touch with the Study Abroad Office. You cannot apply to a specific program until you have been accepted by SU to study abroad. A nonrefundable $25 application fee is due upon submission of your SU application. A check should be submitted directly to the Study Abroad Office or mailed to: Stevenson University Study Abroad, 1525 Greenspring Valley Road, Stevenson, MD 21153-0641.
Students owe a nonrefundable $500 deposit by May 1 for the Fall, or by October 1 for the Spring semester, or at the time of outside acceptance into a study abroad program. Contact the Study Abroad Office for more information.
When you have completed your SU Application, you can start working on your application to your specific program. Please see the How to Apply page and be sure to follow the directions carefully!
Application Deadlines: March 1 for the Fall; October 1 for the Spring.
Disciplinary Academic Standing Form (PDF) - to be filled out by the Associate Dean
Study Abroad Evaluation for Returning Students - form to be completed by Study Abroad students within one month of returning home
