Grant Forms

We look forward to working with members of the Stevenson University community who are interested in seeking funding from corporate, foundation, or government sources in support of their department or division.  When seeking a grant, we ask that you follow these steps:

A. New Grant Application Request Form

  1. Complete the New Grant Application Request Form (Word Document).
  2. Review your plans with the head of your department, the Institutional Advancement Office, and any other appropriate people (such as the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean).
  3. Circulate the form for the required approval signatures.
  4. A copy of the form with all signatures will be returned to the person responsible for the grant.

B. Grant Proposal Review and Approval Form

  1. Develop the proposal within the agreed upon parameters.
  2. Complete the Grant Proposal Review and Approval Form (Word Document).
  3. Circulate the form with your final proposal for the required approval signatures.
  4. A copy of the form with all signatures will be returned to the person responsible for the grant.

All original grant forms will be filed in the Institutional Advancement Office or the Office of Research Development, as appropriate. If you have any questions, please call Kelly Medinger for non-research grants at ext. 2347, or Diane Payne for research grants at ext. 2197.
